The three every coordinator recites
Isolation patients board in Ward 4 rooms 1–4 only. Confirm negative-pressure status with facilities before assignment, and flag the bed red on the board within fifteen minutes of the decision.
A discharged bed flips to Cleaning the moment the porter confirms pickup. Target turnaround is 45 minutes; anything past 75 pages the duty manager automatically.
Day shifts hold one nurse to six patients, nights one to eight. When a ward slips past ratio, the board shows Understaffed and the float pool gets first call before agency.
