Standing instructions
Reefer units plug into the shore power pedestals at Doors 1 and 2. Never stage a reefer at Door 7 — the pedestal there is condemned until further notice.
Green light on the lock panel is the only authorization to enter a trailer. A red light overrides any verbal instruction, including from the carrier.
At 01:30 dwell the board flags the door yellow and pages the shift lead. At 02:00 the appointment converts to an incident and the carrier is charged a detention fee.
