About the role
Halcyon Financial is building the next generation of its treasury platform, and we are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the payments experience end to end. You will sit between engineering, compliance, and enterprise clients, translating regulatory constraints into products that feel effortless. This is a high-trust role with a direct line to the Chief Product Officer.
What you'll own
- Define and drive the roadmap for the enterprise payments suite across two engineering pods.
- Partner with compliance to ship features within SOC 2 and PCI-DSS boundaries without slowing delivery.
- Run quarterly discovery with treasury teams at Fortune 500 clients and turn findings into prioritized bets.
- Own the metrics: adoption, time-to-settlement, and support ticket reduction, reported to the board quarterly.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management, at least 3 shipping B2B or fintech products at scale.
- Demonstrated experience navigating regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, or similar).
- Fluency with quantitative analysis; comfortable writing SQL and reading a data warehouse directly.
- Excellent written communication; you will author specs read by executives and auditors alike.

- $165k–$195k base, disclosed and confirmed
- Annual bonus target of 15%
