STABLEQSPI timing & sleep-current correction
- Added quad-line QSPI switching timing on SPI0 (80 MHz).
- Corrected I_SLP typical from 9.0 µA to 7.5 µA.

On silicon rev C1, the internal pull-up on GPIO34 is disabled during deep sleep, allowing the pin to float. Add a 100 kΩ external pull-up. Fixed in rev C2.
