First Run started in a shared studio with a borrowed screen press and one rule: make less, make it mean something. This is the story of Drop 001.

We were tired of buying clothes that arrived already dead — endless racks of the same restock, printed by the ten-thousand, sold forever until nobody wanted them. So we did the opposite. One collection. A hard cap. A date on the calendar.
Every First Run piece is screen-printed by hand in New Jersey, cut heavy, and numbered. When the run sells through, it's gone — no back-orders, no 'coming soon.' What you wear was there. That's the whole point.
300 pieces per style, then it's retired. No dead stock, no discount bin.
Every graphic pulled on our own press in Newark. Small imperfections are the receipt.
Mid-weight cotton, boxed cuts, real seams. Built to outlast the hype cycle.
DESIGN
Sketch the graphics, choose the blanks, lock the run.
Burn the screens, pull every piece by hand, cure, fold.
SHOOT
Lookbook photographed on the street, no studio, no retouch.
DROP
Friday 10AM. Sells through. We start the next one.
