About this course
Every employee who handles customer or colleague data is required to complete this training annually. You will learn the six lawful bases for processing, how to recognise and report a personal data breach within the 72-hour window, and the rules governing international data transfers after the 2021 adequacy decisions.
The course closes with a short assessment. A score of 80% or higher issues your certificate and marks you compliant for the current audit period.
