The Programme
From the first glass in the foyer to the last dance on the terrace, the evening unfolds without hurry. Times are approximate; the orchestra keeps its own.
Guests arrive to a candlelit foyer and a glass of vintage champagne.
The Marble Foyer
The Performance
Under the direction of Maestro Idris Faye, an ensemble of nine musicians performs a programme drawn from Ravel, Pärt, and a new commission written for the foundation. The set is intimate and unamplified — the room falls quiet for it.
Several performers are alumni of the very programme the evening supports.
