One company, one direction — for three days
For fifty weeks a year we work in our own tools, time zones and threads. For three days in March, all 620 of us are in one lodge in the Rockies to close the books on FY25, decide where FY26 goes, and leave holding the same plan.
This isn't a conference to attend — it's a working session to build. Expect fewer slides, more whiteboards, and the exec team in the room rather than on a stage.

Venue & logistics
Timberline Lodge, Breckenridge
600 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. The entire lodge is ours for the summit — every session, meal and room is on one property.
Getting there
Fly into Denver (DEN). Complimentary Vantix shuttles run the 90-minute route every hour on summit days.
Where you'll stay
Rooms are pre-booked under the Vantix block. Your confirmation arrives the day after you RSVP.
What to pack
Layers and comfortable shoes — one afternoon is outdoors. Business-casual for the awards dinner.
On-site help
The events desk in the Concourse Foyer is staffed 7am–9pm. Text the hotline on your badge anytime.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — this is our one all-company gathering of the year. If you genuinely can't travel, talk to your manager about a remote link for the plenary sessions.
Vantix covers flights, shuttle, lodging and all meals during the summit. Book flights through the events portal, not your personal card.
The summit itself is teammates only, but partners are welcome to join the Wednesday awards dinner. Note it on your RSVP.
Come with your team's top three FY26 priorities and any account or product problems you want the cross-team jam to tackle. That's it.
Keynotes and plenaries are recorded and posted to the intranet within a week. Workshops and the AMA are not, by design.
Tell us in the RSVP form and the events team will follow up directly. Every venue space is step-free.
