ASE CertifiedNot for oil changes and quick checks — walk in. For anything that keeps the car overnight, booking a bay saves you a wait. There's a night drop box for after-hours drop-offs.
We credit the full diagnostic fee toward the repair when you book the work with us. If you decide not to fix it here, the fee just covers the tech's time on the scan and road test.
Parts and labor on any repair we perform for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. If it fails inside that window and it's our work, we make it right — no argument.
For some jobs, yes — ask first. Note that customer-supplied parts carry a labor-only warranty, since we can't stand behind a part we didn't source.
