The building
A brewery inside a 1924 machine works
The gantry crane over the brewhouse lifted lathes and milling machines for sixty years. When the works closed in 2011, hall 3 stood empty until we bolted three copper kettles to the same floor plates.
We brew 450-litre batches, lager them cold, and pour them thirty metres from the tank. What the crane lifts now is kegs.

Taproom hours
Gantrystrasse 14, 8005 Zürich — hall 3 of the old machine works, two minutes from the Hardbrücke tram stop.
