We reach out in spring to prep your AC and again in fall for the furnace. You pick the window — members get first dibs before the seasonal rush fills up.
The plan covers scheduled maintenance and gives you 15–20% off any repair we do. Parts and repair labor are billed at the member rate, always quoted flat before we begin.
Yes — a single Iron Guard membership covers one heating and one cooling system at the home. Extra units are $60 each per year.
No lock-in. It renews yearly and you can cancel anytime before renewal. If you've used only one of two tune-ups, we prorate the difference.
