For most jobs, photos plus your description are enough for a written quote. For repipes, panels, and heat pumps we schedule a free 20-minute walkthrough first.
Routine work books 2–5 business days out. Urgent-but-not-emergency issues usually fit into a next-day slot. True emergencies dispatch immediately, day or night.
The quoted number is binding for the work described. If opening a wall reveals something new, work pauses and you approve a revised written quote before we continue — never a surprise on the invoice.
