Flat rates for the jobs we do every week, hourly rates for the odd ones, and every policy in plain language. Updated January 2026.
The call-out fee is waived when you approve the quoted repair on the same visit.

First-time customer
Mention this page when you book. One per household; applies to any flat-rate job of $145 or more.
Claim it with your quote requestIf we find something unexpected mid-job, work stops and you get a revised written quote before anything continues. You are never billed above the last number you approved.
Approve the quoted repair during the diagnosis visit and the $89 call-out fee comes off the invoice. If you take the quote and decide later, the fee stands — it covers the trip and the diagnosis.
Nothing due until the walkthrough. We take card, check, and bank transfer. Jobs over $2,500 split into a 40% materials deposit and the balance on completion.
Homeowners 65+ and veterans receive 10% off labor on any job, no cap. Just mention it when booking — no card or paperwork needed.
