Power Hour: Kettlebell Club

Brickhouse Studio · 2917 Blake St, RiNo, Denver

Tuesdays & Thursdays · 12:15 PM sharp

20 spots per class · all levels welcome

Sixty minutes of swings, snatches, cleans, and carries — the four moves that make you stronger everywhere else. Dre runs five stations, demos every rep twice, and scales the weight up or down so first-timers and regulars suffer equally (affectionately).

The room is a converted brick warehouse with big fans and a bigger playlist. Bring water and flat-soled shoes; kettlebells, chalk, and the post-class high-five line are provided. Show up ten minutes early if it's your first time — Dre likes to learn names and old injuries.

What to expect

The work

Five stations, two kettlebells, zero hiding. Strength circuits with conditioning finishers.

The pace

40 seconds on, 20 off, with form checks between rounds. You will not be bored.

The vibe

Loud playlist, louder encouragement. Regulars adopt newcomers by round two.

Former college decathlete who believes everyone is an athlete on lunch break. Dre's classes are equal parts technique clinic and comedy hour — expect precise cues, terrible puns, and a finisher you'll pretend to hate.

Dre's kettlebell class wrecked me in the best way. He cues every move twice and the playlist slaps.
