The foster program

Fostering saves two lives

The pet on your couch, and the one who takes their kennel. Fosters are how we say yes when the shelter is full — especially during kitten season.

  • We cover food, supplies, and every vet bill — fostering costs you nothing but couch space.
  • You choose the species, size, and length of stay — from a weekend to a few months.
  • A foster coordinator is on call 24/7 for your questions, big and small.
  • Foster-fail proudly: adopt your foster and the fee is waived.

Average foster stay: 3 weeks · Most requested: kitten litters and big goofy adolescents
