Services & liturgy

Our worship follows the rhythm of the church's year — spoken and sung, ancient and living. Come as often as you like; there is always a place for you.

What to expect on Sunday

Arriving

Come a few minutes early. A welcomer at the door will give you an order of service and help you find a seat — anywhere you like.

Children

Children are always welcome in the service. Sunday School runs during the 10:30, and there's a play corner at the back if little ones need it.

Afterwards

Stay for coffee and cake in the hall. There's no rush — it's the best way to meet people and ask any questions you might have.

Our music

The tradition of Evensong

Each Wednesday, as the light fades, our choir sings the ancient office of Evening Prayer. Psalms, canticles, and an anthem carry the day into stillness. You need do nothing but sit and listen — all are welcome to this quiet half-hour.

“Let my prayer be set forth in thy sight as the incense.”

— Psalm 141:2
