Care & services

Find the right service and the right team.

Most of our clinics require a referral from your GP or another consultant. Where a service is open to self-referral, it is marked below. If you are unsure, our patient advice line can point you to the right door.

Services showing “Referral required” need a letter from your GP before we can book you in. Ask your practice to send it to referrals@stillwater.health.

How referrals work

From first symptom to first appointment.

  1. 1

    Speak to your GP

Your GP assesses your symptoms and, if a specialist is needed, sends us an electronic referral.

  2. 2

    We triage and book

A consultant reviews the referral and our booking team offers you the next suitable appointment by letter or text.

  3. 3

    You come in

Bring your letter and any medicines. Everything after that — tests, results, follow-up — stays within one shared record.

Common questions

Before you book.

Most specialist clinics do, but sexual health, physiotherapy, and our stop-smoking service accept self-referrals. Each service card above states which applies.
