Complete the form and our booking team will confirm your appointment within one working day by phone or text. For a referral-only clinic, please make sure your GP has sent a letter first.

Finding your way

One entrance, clearly signed inside.

Enter through the main atrium on Riverside Road. A volunteer at the welcome desk can walk you to any department, and colour-coded floor lines lead to the four main wings.
