Hi, I'm Juno — I draw happy things.
I'm a freelance illustrator based in Lisbon, working with editors and small brands who want art with a bit of a heartbeat. Ten years, a hundred characters, and an unreasonable love of the color pink later, here we are.

The slightly longer story
I started out doodling in the margins of my school notebooks — my teachers were less thrilled than my classmates. After art school I spent a few years as an in-house designer, but I kept sneaking illustration into every brief, so eventually I gave in and went freelance full-time.
Today I split my time between editorial commissions, packaging characters, and the occasional passion project. My favorite work lives at the intersection of playful and useful — art that does a job while still making someone smile.
