Always — we hold four tables and the zinc for whoever wanders in. If there's a wait, there's a glass of Crémant and a stool at the bar.
Fifteen minutes past the hour, then the table goes to the bar list. Running late? Call — we're flexible when you warn us.
Well-behaved dogs are, on the banquette side. Cassoulet, the house spaniel, will expect an introduction.
An email or a call any time before noon on the day is all we ask. No cards on file, no fees — just tell us so a neighbor can have the table.
