What fitness do I need for Grade 3?
You should be comfortable hiking 8 to 10 hours with a 12 kg pack on consecutive days. We send a 12-week conditioning plan at booking.
Do you rent technical gear?
Crampons, harnesses, helmets, and axes are included on Grade 4 and 5 routes. Boots and layers are always your own.
What happens if weather cancels a summit?
Every route holds one weather buffer day. Beyond that, the route continues on its bail-out line. We do not refund weather.
