The weekly lineup

Five days, five clubs, zero boring afternoons

Every weekday at 4:15 the whole place shifts into club mode. Kids can go all-in on one day a week or ride the whole zigzag, Monday through Friday.

Mon

Maker Monday

Cardboard engineering, duct-tape inventions, and towers that wobble but (usually) stand.

Tue

Kitchen chemistry

Baking-soda volcanoes, invisible ink, and snacks that double as science experiments.

Wed

Wild Wednesday

Park scavenger hunts, bug hotels, and mud in exactly the amount you'd expect.

Thu

Showtime Thursday

Improv games, puppet builds, and a very dramatic reading of the lunch menu.

Fri

Big Game Friday

Gym-wide capture the flag, relay races, and the legendary end-of-month trophy.

3:00 to 6:00, sorted

Same rhythm every day, so kids always know what's next. We walk kids over from Maple Elementary and Cedar Park Charter — no mid-day driving for you.

Homework comes home done. Our homework huddle has grade-level helpers at every table.

Snack seconds are always allowed.

Parents give us gold stars

“My daughter used to melt down over math homework. Now it's done before I pick her up, and she's teaching me capture-the-flag strategy in the car.”

— Priya M., mom of a 3rd grader

“The walk-over from Maple is the whole reason we could both go back to full-time work. Twelve years in, they run it like clockwork.”

— Dan & Keisha R., twins in grade 1

“My son asks to go on Saturdays. It's the only after-school program we've tried where he doesn't feel like it's more school.”

— Alvaro G., dad of a kindergartner

Parent FAQ

The questions every parent asks

Anything else, call or text Miss Dana at (555) 014-9292 — she answers between 9 and 2 on school days.

Which schools do you pick up from?

We walk kids over from Maple Elementary and Cedar Park Charter — both within three blocks. Families from other schools are welcome to drop off any time after 3:00.

What happens if I'm running late for pickup?

Text us and breathe — a staffer stays until every child is picked up. After 6:15 there's a $1/minute late fee, and after three late pickups we'll ask you to add a backup contact.

How do you handle food allergies?

Every allergy goes on the roster app with a photo flag, snack is served from a posted ingredient list, and we keep a nut-free room. Two staffers per shift are EpiPen-trained.

Is homework actually finished, or just 'started'?

Our goal is finished. Helpers check work at the table, and if something needs a parent's eye we clip a note to the folder. K–1 kids who have no homework get 20 minutes of reading together instead.

Can we switch days mid-session?

Yes, when there's room on the day you want — Wednesdays fill first. One free switch per session; after that it's a $15 change fee so the roster stays sane.

Are your staff background-checked?

Every adult in the building has a state background check, CPR and first-aid certification, and completes our 12-hour training before their first solo shift. Our license (#CC-20419) is posted by the front door.
