Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dual7, a product of AlgorithmShift Inc., collects, uses, and protects your information. We aim to collect only what we need to run the platform, and to be specific about how it's used.

• Account data — name, email, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in (including via Google or GitHub).
• Content — the prompts, files, project data, and code you create or upload to build applications.
• Usage data — product interactions, device and log information, used to operate and improve the service.
• Billing data— handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.

• to provide, maintain, and secure the platform;
• to generate, certify, and run the applications you build;
• to communicate with you about your account and updates; and
• to improve our product and prevent abuse.

Building and certifying features sends your prompts and relevant context to AI models to generate code. We do not use your private content to train foundation models, and access to your data is scoped to operating the service for you.

We share data with vetted subprocessors (e.g. cloud hosting, AI model, and payment providers) only as needed to run the service, under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal information.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, scope access to production systems, and keep audit logs. Multi-tenant data is isolated by default. For more on our posture, see the security page. SOC 2 is in progress.

You own your content and can export your full codebase at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; we retain limited records where required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
