The layout runs on a cream-and-terracotta palette: a left rail of pill navigation tabs keeps every section one tap away, shallow sunken header bands with scalloped edges frame each view, and board-and-rail content splits make dense information scannable. Terracotta pill buttons are rationed to a single action per region, so residents always know exactly what to click next.
